Kigali Water Limited PPP
Advisory on Rwanda's largest water treatment and distribution Public-Private Partnership (PPP) project, delivering 40 million litres of water daily — one of sub-Saharan Africa's largest known build, operate and supply water deals.
Rwanda National Land Use Master Plan
Development of Rwanda's National Land Use Master Plan (2020–2050) and the Presidential Order for its legal enforcement. Reviewed policy and legal framework for all land use, expropriation, and environmental management.
CDM Projects Review
Review of over 50 Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) investment projects with $610M total value aligned to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), Kyoto Protocol and Article 6 Voluntary Carbon Market (VCM) and Nationally Determined Contribution (NDC) of the Paris Agreement. Included verification, prospectus and pitch-book development for COP28 (Conference of the Parties 28).
EWSA Corporatization
Legal restructuring and corporatization of Rwanda's Energy, Water and Sanitation Authority (EWSA) into Rwanda Energy Group (REG) and Water and Sanitation Corporation (WASAC). Advised on governance instruments, asset separation and recruitment.
Sustainable Finance Roadmap
Rwanda's Five Years Sustainable Finance Roadmap developed jointly with GBRW and Garnet Partners. Framework for integrating sustainability into Rwanda's financial sector.
Waste Management Pilot Study
Pilot study on waste management and circular economy across Rwanda, Ethiopia and Algeria commissioned by the African Development Bank.
Aviation Sector Advisory
Legal services for aviation sector transactions including aircraft leasing, sale/purchase, Maintenance, Repair, Overhaul (MRO) contracts, and regulatory compliance for Avia Group and Rwandair.
Affordable Housing Development
Advisory and support services for affordable housing projects including 165 housing units in Nyanza, Southern Rwanda and 180 housing units in Rwamagana District, Eastern Province.
Zhong Tong Electric Mobility
Representation agreement with Zhong Tong Group, China's largest manufacturer of buses including electric buses and charging systems, to promote green technology in public transport across Africa.
